By placing an order with PhytoAromatics, you acknowledge and agree to our policies. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and policies are subject to change without notice. We are unable to make any exceptions to these policies.

Taxes
All Ontario orders will be charged PST at 8% unless providing a PST exemption form. PST is not included in our prices. We do not charge GST at this time.

Currency
All our prices and invoices are in Canadian Dollars.

Returns
Due to the nature of the products we sell, there are no exchanges or returns.

Distribution
We sell and ship to points in Canada only.

• All orders must be paid in full BEFORE shipping / pickup, unless approved for net 15 days.

• Online payments through VISA, MasterCard or American Express (via Paypal)

Shipping:

• Orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario.
• Shipping charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the box(es).
• All orders are shipped insured. If additional insurance is necessary, it will be included in the shipping & handling cost.
• We ship via Expedited Parcel Post by default or via Purolator if you indicate this as your preferred method.

Pickup:

• Local clients may arrange to pick up their order after the order has been confirmed by email.
• Pick ups are by appointment only.
