We can use your own labels, or we can print labels for you using your own label design, or a design put together by our graphics team.

The total estimated cost for your custom formulated and/or private labeled product can only be determined based on the product(s) chosen plus packaging, quantity, labeling requirements, and finishing details. Customized ingredients will result in additional costs. If you want to have a pre-production sample of any item then we do charge $150 per hour to produce those samples.

PhytoAromatics is committed to providing privacy for our clients. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with all new clients. This document should be sent to us before we issue any quote for any type of custom formulation or private labeling project.

We are happy to fill out the necessary forms with Health Canada for your new products for a nominal fee.

Once we create a formula for you, it remains the property of PhytoAromatics. The lab charge simply offsets time in the lab plus testing time.  Your formula will not be shared with any other customers or duplicated by PhytoAromatics itself.
